These are the customer terms for the current bzntotes reservation flow.

The initial customer terms for bzntotes reservations, including review-before-confirmation, full-amount authorization, delivery-distance pricing, and return responsibilities.

These Terms and Conditions apply to customer reservations placed through the bzntotes website for reusable moving box rentals in the Bozeman service area.

By submitting a reservation and authorizing payment, you agree to the version of these terms that was active when you checked out.

Reservation requests and approval

A reservation request is not confirmed just because it was submitted online. bzntotes reviews each request before approving it.

The standard online flow covers one package per reservation and only the published rental-term and service-area rules shown on the site.

bzntotes may decline or manually handle requests that fall outside the supported service area, lead-time window, or other published checkout rules.

Pricing and payment authorization

Your quoted total is based on the package you choose, the rental term you choose, and the delivery surcharge calculated from the routed drive miles from the Bozeman service hub to your pickup address and your dropoff address.

At checkout, your card will be authorized for the full quoted amount.

If the reservation is approved, the authorization may be captured later. If the reservation cannot be approved, the authorization will be released.

Rental term, delivery date, and pickup date

The launch checkout supports 2-week, 3-week, and 4-week rentals.

You choose the delivery date during checkout, and the pickup date is calculated from that delivery date and the rental term you selected.

Requests for different timing, schedule changes, or extensions are not guaranteed in the self-serve flow and may require manual review by bzntotes.

Customer information and access

You are responsible for giving accurate contact information, delivery details, and pickup details.

You are also responsible for making the dropoff and pickup locations reasonably accessible for delivery and retrieval of the rented items.

Return condition and missing items

The rented totes and any included moving equipment must be available for pickup at the scheduled end of the rental term unless bzntotes agrees to a different arrangement.

You are responsible for items that are not returned and for damage beyond normal moving use.

If extra cleaning, replacement, or recovery work is required, additional charges may apply.

Service limits

bzntotes is launched as a service-area business and does not promise statewide or custom-route coverage through the standard online checkout.

If the site shows that a move is unsupported or requires manual handling, that means the request is outside the standard online path for this version of the service.
