FAQ

Straight answers about cleanliness, box strength, service area, timing, and whether reusable moving boxes make the move easier.

Reserve your move

Are the reusable moving boxes clean?

Yes. Every rental is washed and sanitized between customers, so your moving boxes show up clean and ready to pack.

Are they stronger than cardboard boxes?

Yes. The plastic boxes keep their shape better, stack better, and handle wet weather more reliably than standard cardboard boxes.

Do I need tape or any box assembly?

No. The plastic moving boxes arrive ready to use, which means no tape runs, no folding cardboard, and less cleanup after the move.

How do I know how many moving boxes I need?

Most moves fit one of the standard package sizes on the pricing page. If you are between sizes, size up so you are not trying to patch the move together with a few extra cardboard boxes later.

What if I need more moving boxes after delivery?

Start with the closest package that fits. If you think the move may run tight, it is usually better to size up before checkout than assume you can squeeze everything into the smaller stack.

Why do you ask for both move addresses?

We need both addresses so we know where to drop off your boxes before the move and where to pick them up after you unpack.

What if I need more time?

You can choose a 2-week, 3-week, or 4-week rental during checkout, and the pricing page shows those fixed totals up front. If you need more time, reach out as early as you can and we'll see what we can do.

What if my move is outside the standard Bozeman service area?

Moves above the standard online distance bands require a customized quote. The service-area page explains the routed-mile bands, typical town examples, and where standard checkout ends.

Is cardboard ever cheaper?

Sometimes, especially for a very small move where you already have free boxes. For a full local move, reusable moving boxes usually save time, reduce cleanup, and remove the tape-and-disposal hassle.
